A bakery built on
simple convictions.
We started 1065 Bakery with one belief: that good bread shouldn't be complicated. Just flour, water, salt, time, and a little patience. Our ovens fire every morning before the town wakes up, and the smell of fresh sourdough drifting down Farm Road 1065 has become something our neighbors look forward to.
We source locally wherever we can — eggs from nearby farms, dairy from the region, and fruits that actually taste like fruit because they were picked ripe. The rest is tradition, technique, and a stubborn refusal to cut corners.
